First DietBet Challenge Results!!

This month I decided to challenge myself and join a dietbet. I went all out on this challenge and stayed focused. As far as staying focused I posted pictures on my snapchat and on instagram to keep myself accountable for everything I ate and everything I did.  It was so nice when I would open up my Instagram and see all the people that liked and commented on my pictures. That gave me more motivation to push myself. I had my family behind me so I had people I also didn't know pushing me to keep going.  I'm one of the type of people that hate to go to a gym because you feel like people are judging you and/or taking pictures/videos of you. I may seem paranoid but that's how I feel. The nice thing about the gym you have extra help there also. When you join a dietbet you also have a lot of support from all the people that are apart of the challenge. You'd be surprised how supportive all the people are, when someone ask a question, people answer.  I plan on d

28 Day Jumpstart Challenge: Week 4 Day 3

October 25,2017 28 Day Jumpstart Challenge  Week 4 Day 2  This is the last week of the challenge. This week I’m kinda going off the menu they put in the book but I’m also using other recipes. I’m still staying on track and that’s the main point. As far as workouts go they give you a calendar of what to do everyday but you can also do your own if you already are doing something.  I’m going to show you what I’ve had for my meals today and include how much in total they are as in Weight Watchers Smart Points (WWSP), since I’m doing that also.  Before Breakfast:  8oz Matcha Green Tea  WWSP = 3 Breakfast: Egg 2 Small turkey sausage patties  1 Cup Steamed broccoli  Green tea  WWSP =  5 Lunch: 1 Cup Brown rice with corn, carrots & peas 1/3 Cup Artichokes  Turkey Burger  1/2 Cup Blackberries  WWSP = 11 Dinner: Ancho Ceaser Lettuce Wraps WWSP = 9 Snack: 1/2 Eat Me Guilt Free PB Crack Cookie * Until I can get pictures posted on here

Weightloss Challenge - Update

On October 2nd I joined the 28 Day Jumpstart Challenge with the FitGirls Guide. It’s been amazing and different in so many ways. I’ve tried this 2+ years ago and it didn’t happen obviously. Well this time I’ve stuck with it and it’s been great. At the end of the 28 days I’ll be posting my before and after updates. I have to admit that there were a couple days I ate off the plan but other than that I stuck to it. I always meal prepped. When I traveled I toke my meals on the go with me. I got odd looks but at least it kept me accountable. I like knowing what I’m going to have and that it’s already made or all I have to do is heat it up or put it together. This isn’t a DIET it’s a LIFESTYLE Change! Right now I’m on Week 4 Day 2
