These silicone muffin & cupcake baking pan is amazing. The silicone makes it so much easier to get the baked goods out of the slots. There's so many options on what to put in these silicone baking pans but I'm excited with cupcakes. Before cooking in with this in the oven I always stick this silicon on a cookie sheet. You never want to put the silicone directly on the rack in the oven. That's a big No No. Now I greased the tray and you'll still get tan on the sides but not burnt nor parts of your baked goods getting stuck to the mold. You can grease up the tray with anything you prefer to use.
