Meat tenderizers are nice to have around the house. Before I had this I'd just use a knife. I know I know what was I thinking. I should have just went to the store and got one. Well the more I'm getting into cooking meat I'm getting to use the tenderizer, which is a good thing. I'd recommend this to all my family and friends. It's a great kitchen tool to have around.
