I’ve found out that this fitness band is great for pre-workout and post-workout stretching. Before I used this I just stretched how I normally would. I’m glad I found this cause now I seem to not feel as much pain as I did before but no matter what since I’m out of shape lol I will still feel the pain. This is better than having to leave your own house and go to therapy to stretch. I recommend these to people to stretch as an option or to add in to their plan already. These hand grips are really nice. These come in handy for people that have hand injuries or arthritis. My hands aren’t very strong at grabbing things so these are nice to help work up to making my hands get better. The hand grips have a non-slip mold on the handles. They are soft and durable which make them comfortable for your hands. The wrist wraps are 18” and the wraps are made out of terry cloth. The wrist wraps have a thumb loop for weight lifting if you want to use them for that. What’s nice is that these can fit in your gym bag or purse. These are a decent size that if you want to travel with you can. These hand grips are easy to use just turn to what setting you want to use and grip the handles together.
