Lets Get Fit 4 Life

Hey who doesn't like a fresh start. I'm finally realizing after almost 2-3 years its time for me to stop dwelling on what happened with my grandfather and letting it get me down so bad that its affected me really bad. It's affected me in ways that it's hard to explain besides that every time i talk about it i tear up, think about WHY it happened and that's one answer a survivor of suicide will never get. I've gotten up and made a change for myself to get back to what i was doing to better myself, not just for myself but for my son and my health. My boyfriend is a major support system for me since the beginning. He understands the reasons why and stands by my side.  My son likes to call it a diet but I informed him it's not a diet it's a life style change. So from here on out I'll be updating with all my results as in weight gain or loss, food I've at for the day or for the week. I'm going to be trying a lot of new foods, beverages and etc...

Well it's been awhile since I've been on and there's been any contact. This is a new year so there's going to be a lot of new things to come to this blog. This blog will not only be out my life but also about products review. So it's a all around blog. So I'm taking the time now to gather everything and get all my stuff together to what goes to which as in separate blogs and videos that you can go watch on my YouTube. These hand grips are really nice. These come in handy for people that have hand injuries or arthritis.
