Week 4 Day 2

This is the last week of the challenge. This week I’m kinda going off the menu they put in the book but I’m also using other recipes. I’m still staying on track and that’s the main point. As far as workouts go they give you a calendar of what to do everyday but you can also do your own if you already are doing something.

I’m going to show you what I’ve had for my meals today and include how much in total they are as in Weight Watchers Smart Points (WWSP), since I’m doing that also.

1 Cup Steamed broccoli

1/3 Cup Artichokes
Turkey Burger
1/2 Cup Blackberries
WWSP = 11

Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate Monitor by Vitchelo Review

Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate Monitor by Vitchelo I’ve had a couple different brands of fitness tracks during my fitness journey. Anything from expensive to one on clearance. I always have a hard time wondering if the one I’m going to get is going to be accurate or if I should go with a different one. There’s so many choices.  So I received this fitness tracker from Vitchelo and when I got it I thought it was going to be a really cheapie. So I toke it out of the box to see exactly what it looked like and I was surprised on how nice the band was, it just reminded me of the Apple Watch band. I like the sleek design of the screen and whole design.  The fitness tracker is like all others it’s data is connected to an app to be saved, so you have to down load the app on your phone and it works with android and Apple. So that’s good.  The functions: * Tracks sleep * Distance * Calories Burned * Camera Control * Anti-lost Reminder...

Baby Bandana Drool Bibs Review

Baby Bandana Drool Bibs Review These bandana bibs are so cute. I’ve never seen anything like these anywhere. The fact that the bibs are gender neutral I love. When I toke the bibs out of the packaging they were so soft and that’s going to make it nice for the baby to wear. I really like the snap closer instead of the Velcro sticking makes it easier to go from babies to toddlers when adjusting the size. The that the bibs are gender neutral, the colors and also the patterns. These bibs are great for a boy or a girl. The bibs are easy to clean, just machine wash cold and lay flat to dry. * I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review * Heres the link if youd like to check out the product: http://www.amazon.com/Moly-Baby-Bandana-Drool-Bibs/dp/B00Z6MKS9K/ref=sr_1_16_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1464188223&sr=8-16&keywords=bandana+bib

Universal Smartphone Belt Review

This is a nice universal smartphone belt. I really like how I can use any phone or even my ipod with this belt. This universal smartphone belt is very well made. The adjustment strap is nice. The adjustment is easy to move. The clear plastic to protect your screen is easy to see through. I like how there's a place where you can place your headphone cord through.
