 I received this water bottle to do a review on it. I have to say I love the color. I like how it has the black strap to also carry it by. Now it is also not really hard bottle but still good.  This water battle can’t be put in the dishwasher. Not suitable for hot drinks.  But other than that it’s a great water bottle for when your out walking or just needing to get your daily water on.     Hausbell Waist Trainer Review                  I got this waist trainer to try out to see if it would work like others I’ve seen well I have to say it does for sure stay in place. I like how wide it is that it covers the whole stomach are and I don’t have to worry about it moving when I’m working out.      One thing for sure is change on this is how hard it is to get off. The Velcro is so strong it may take some time and will be a lot easier but wow it for sure stays. It does come off but it stays in place.      I say if you’re interested in trying out a Waist Trainer before spending tons of money I’d give this one a try. Wetopkim Bikini Review      This bikini is really cute but let me just start off by saying I got this in my size so there were no problems there. But I have to say the design is really cute I have some cons to this swimsuit. Remember everyone has there own opinions on how they like and dislike on what their swimsuits look like.  Cons: The bottoms are more like a thong then covering the bottom. (That’s why I didn’t take a body picture) The bikini top in my opinion would be better for smaller chest or people that have had there breast done. Month of May's Final Results!!     During this month I joined a Fit Girls 28 day challenge. I of course weighed in every Sunday and also toke measurements with pictures. The first day(day 0) that i took my first weight, measurements and pictures was on 04/28/19. The last day I weighed, measured and i toke pictures was on 05/26/19.      During the 28 day challenge that I participated in there was a lot of stress that i had gone through that I know had some side affect on my results but not everything. More in to how it all went down:  Week 1: I happened of course to be on my monthly which sucked of all times but at least it was at the start of the challenge and not at the end.  Week 2: My grandma was in the hospital & wasn't doing so well and basically didn't have much time so I was preparing for the worse. Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate Monitor by Vitchelo I’ve had a couple different brands of fitness tracks during my fitness journey. Anything from expensive to one on clearance. I always have a hard time wondering if the one I’m going to get is going to be accurate or if I should go with a different one. There’s so many choices.  So I received this fitness tracker from Vitchelo and when I got it I thought it was going to be a really cheapie. So I toke it out of the box to see exactly what it looked like and I was surprised on how nice the band was, it just reminded me of the Apple Watch band. I like the sleek design of the screen and whole design.  The fitness tracker is like all others it’s data is connected to an app to be saved, so you have to down load the app on your phone and it works with android and Apple. I thought this camera was going to be a lil cheap one like you see at Walmart or around that you hear about that look like Go Pros but are bad. Well this sports camera was nice. It looks just like a go pro. I was amazed it came with all the extra attachments which is a plus. I recommend if you want a go pro but don’t have the money at the time this is a great way to go until you can get a go pro. There’s so much this little thing can do that my son loves it. He didn’t even know I had it since I had it hiding and recording him. But we’re waiting to test it outside.     I’ve started to continue with posting YouTube videos. Now the videos that I post range from reviews, events in my life, shopping hauls and etc. I really like doing the videos and the whole process of editing.      It’s actually amazing how many people do this daily but as for now I upload here and there. I try to upload every week. I try to plan out different videos so I know what I’m going to be doing. This shirt & pant set was so cute. When I saw how cute this set was I decided to apply to Review the item. I thought the item was going to arrive and be made very cheaply and have a smell. The fabric isn’t cheap like I was expecting and there wasn’t any smell at all. They come in multiple colors. Of course there’s many sizes. I got this one for my niece but now she’s to big so it’ll go to a friend. But they are so adorable. This would be a great outfit for going to Disneyland or DisneyWorld. I mean who doesn’t like Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse. I can tell you that any little girl would like this outfit set. I can see this outfit getting a lot of compliments. I would recommend washing the set before having your child wear the clothes. But that’s what I always do just in case the colors run. This month I decided to challenge myself and join a dietbet. I went all out on this challenge and stayed focused. As far as staying focused I posted pictures on my snapchat and on instagram to keep myself accountable for everything I ate and everything I did.  It was so nice when I would open up my Instagram and see all the people that liked and commented on my pictures. That gave me more motivation to push myself. I had my family behind me so I had people I also didn't know pushing me to keep going.  I'm one of the type of people that hate to go to a gym because you feel like people are judging you and/or taking pictures/videos of you. I may seem paranoid but that's how I feel. The nice thing about the gym you have extra help there also. When you join a dietbet you also have a lot of support from all the people that are apart of the challenge. On October 2nd I joined the 28 Day Jumpstart Challenge with the FitGirls Guide. It’s been amazing and different in so many ways. I’ve tried this 2+ years ago and it didn’t happen obviously. Well this time I’ve stuck with it and it’s been great. At the end of the 28 days I’ll be posting my before and after updates. I have to admit that there were a couple days I ate off the plan but other than that I stuck to it. I always meal prepped. When I traveled I toke my meals on the go with me. I got odd looks but at least it kept me accountable. I like knowing what I’m going to have and that it’s already made or all I have to do is heat it up or put it together. This isn’t a DIET it’s a LIFESTYLE Change! Right now I’m on Week 4 Day 2

Hey who doesn't like a fresh start. I'm finally realizing after almost 2-3 years its time for me to stop dwelling on what happened with my grandfather and letting it get me down so bad that its affected me really bad. It's affected me in ways that it's hard to explain besides that every time i talk about it i tear up, think about WHY it happened and that's one answer a survivor of suicide will never get. I've gotten up and made a change for myself to get back to what i was doing to better myself, not just for myself but for my son and my health. My boyfriend is a major support system for me since the beginning. He understands the reasons why and stands by my side.  My son likes to call it a diet but I informed him it's not a diet it's a life style change. So from here on out I'll be updating with all my results as in weight gain or loss, food I've at for the day or for the week. I'm going to be trying a lot of new foods, beverages and etc...

Well it's been awhile since I've been on and there's been any contact. This is a new year so there's going to be a lot of new things to come to this blog. These silicone muffin & cupcake baking pan is amazing. The silicone makes it so much easier to get the baked goods out of the slots. There's so many options on what to put in these silicone baking pans but I'm excited with cupcakes. Before cooking in with this in the oven I always stick this silicon on a cookie sheet. You never want to put the silicone directly on the rack in the oven. That's a big No No. Now I greased the tray and you'll still get tan on the sides but not burnt nor parts of your baked goods getting stuck to the mold. You can grease up the tray with anything you prefer to use. I’ve found that these natural shoe odor removers are really amazing especially for kids shoes. I put them in my son’s shoes because we all know that are feet sweat during the hot days but man do little boys feet. So I’m glad to have these to help with the odor cause other than that his shoes are out in the garage. I’ve noticed that if the smell has already been in the shoes for a long time these really don’t work at all. So it’s best to start using them when you get a new pair of shoes. I’m not sure how long these will last but I’m very curious to see how long they do last. Especially having kids these are great to have. I’ve found out that this fitness band is great for pre-workout and post-workout stretching. Before I used this I just stretched how I normally would. I’m glad I found this cause now I seem to not feel as much pain as I did before but no matter what since I’m out of shape lol I will still feel the pain. This is better than having to leave your own house and go to therapy to stretch. I recommend these to people to stretch as an option or to add in to their plan already. I’m a stay at home mom and I’ll help my grandma watch my mom’s dog well she likes to bark and get my grandmas dog to bark. I found this whistle and clicker trainer to come in handy. My mom’s dog kind of looks at my like she doesn’t care but the other dog is a little skittish and wondering what I have in my hand. It’s just any time a person walks by, a dog, a car or even if someone pulls in I just have to blow the whistle and click and reward for responding right and it seems to work when they don’t do it then no treat. I mean my mom’s dog is older so it’s harder to train. It’s going to be a lot easier to train on a puppy then older dogs because I see with the dogs I have that the older one is set in her way and doesn’t care the kind of young one will listen but also gets to the point where ok if the older one doesn’t have to do it I don’t have to. This yo-yo was quite interesting. It’s not as easy as I thought it was going to be to use. My son had saw one of these yo-yos and wanted to try them out and I was like it’s not going to be easy, but we all have to try new things. It comes with a glove, 3 strings (2 are the same length). The one thing my son wish it came with was a handbook on tricks or how to do things with it. The yo-yo is metal so it’s very durable. I don’t allow it in the house so nothing gets broke in the house.
